Benjamin Thomas Jeffcoat, M.D. is a graduate of Millsaps College, he graduated with a Bachelor in Chemistry and later graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Doctorate of Medicine. He is licensed in Otolaryngology in the State of Mississippi. Dr. Jeffcoat has staff privileges with River Oaks Hospital, St. Dominic Hospital and Surgicare of Jackson.
Dr. Jeffcoat’s memberships and affiliations include the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery, the Mississippi State Medical Association and the Mississippi Eye, Ear, Nose And Throat Association.
He has been published in The Laryngoscope, Journal of Neurophysiology, and Journal of Applied Physiology. Dr. Jeffcoat has also given presentations for groups including, the Triological Society, Otolaryngology Historic Society and the Association for Research in Otolaryngology.
Dr. Jeffcoat was born in Dallas, TX and grew up in McComb, MS and currently resides in Madison, MS, with his wife, Lisa and children Addison and Wells.
When not working, Dr. Jeffcoat enjoys tennis, golf, traveling and following LSU sports.
